What is this art and how is it made:

One day I was sitting on my couch when my hand started to move seemingly by itself.

I jumped up and got my ipad as it seemed my hand was trying to write something or draw something.

I let my hand hold the pen and it began to write out lines, dots, and swirls.

I started noticing that the images had energy, they were making those that could feel energy respond with chills, shivers, yawns, and body tingles.

I soon learned that these images were activating deep memories on a cellular level and repairing our nervous system.

These images are what are called light coded images, they're simply coded with energetic light.
